ADHD-Informed Therapy
Neurodiversity affirming support for children, adolescents, adults, and parents.
ADHD-Informed Therapy
I have a particular specialism in ADHD, working with children, adolescents, adults, and parents.
My approach is informed by specialist ADHD training with James Kustow and is neurodiversity-affirming, compassionate, and practical. I understand ADHD not simply as a diagnosis, but as a different way of experiencing and interacting with the world — often accompanied by challenges around emotional regulation, self-esteem, relationships, and overwhelm.
I support clients to:
- Develop a clearer understanding of ADHD and how it shows up emotionally and relationally
- Reduce shame and self-criticism linked to misunderstanding or late diagnosis
- Build strategies for focus, organisation, and emotional regulation
- Support families and parents in responding to ADHD with clarity and connection
ADHD Therapy in the Weybridge area, Belgravia & Online
- I have a particular specialism in ADHD and work with children, adolescents, adults, and parents at different stages of their journey.
- Some people come before a diagnosis, others after years of feeling that something has not quite fitted. Often there is a mix of strengths and challenges. Creativity and insight alongside overwhelm, inconsistency, or emotional intensity.
- My approach is informed by specialist training with James Kustow and grounded in a neurodiversity-affirming way of working.
- In therapy, we take time to understand how ADHD shows up for you. This includes how attention, emotion, and energy move, as well as the strategies you have developed to cope.
- You might notice cycles of motivation and burnout, difficulty following through, or a strong sense of self-criticism when things do not go to plan.
- I also offer structured 15-week ADHD therapy and coaching programmes for adults, children, and parents.
- For adults, the focus is on understanding your ADHD profile, building regulation, and developing consistency and self-trust.
- For children and adolescents, the work centres on emotional awareness, confidence, and relationships.
- For parents, the focus is on understanding ADHD more deeply and responding in ways that reduce conflict and strengthen connection.
- This work is about understanding ADHD properly and finding a way of living that feels more manageable and more sustainable.
