About Aimee Griffin

A trusted partner in rebuilding lives with dignity, purpose, and hope.

My Philosophy

I believe psychotherapy can be deeply transformative, and that meaningful change grows from a strong, trusting therapeutic relationship. I work collaboratively, tailoring therapy to each individual or family’s needs, supporting greater understanding, emotional regulation, and resilience.

Hello, I’m Aimee Griffin

A UKCP-registered integrative psychotherapist working with children, teenagers, adults, parents, and couples. I offer a warm, thoughtful, and non-judgemental space where emotional difficulties, relationship challenges, and life transitions can be explored safely and at your own pace.

Professional Background & Experience

Experience working in high-pressure professional environments prior to psychotherapy training, alongside ongoing work with UK-based, international, and expatriate clients. Online psychotherapy is offered to individuals and families living abroad, supporting cultural transitions, relocation, identity, and emotional complexity.

Space to Pause and Reflect

“When we are no longer able to change a situation, we are challenged to change ourselves.”
— Viktor Frankl
Therapy can provide the space to pause, reflect, and discover new ways of relating to yourself and others.

My Therapeutic Approach

An integrative approach drawing from evidence-based and relational models. Sessions may include talking therapy, creative or play-based work, practical strategies, and attachment- or trauma-informed exploration, adapted to the individual rather than a one-size-fits-all model.
